Instrument is our comforting truely unique german pilsener brewed with a conflation of vibrant sticky dark wheat malt, a generous dose of fresh pressed pale chocolate malt, and four times our normal rate of real pungent drippy ceylon black tea. Fermented with a blend of our magickal microflora on hand selected fresh ginger, brilliant zucchini, and a huge helping of locally gathered concord grapes. Hopped with an assortment of amarillo, magnum, loads of el dorado, and gloppy nelson sauvin. Beautiful notes of sweet n supple pineapple smoothie, juicy goopy red currant jam, sun melted tart fresh cacao fruit, fragrant complex meyer lemon, and woodsy pine.
