Fermented with our house microflora on two tons of overripe asian pears, bright nilla wafers, and a whole lot of jaw-dropper apricot skin. Hopped with ephemeral hallertau and subtle azacca. Big notes of musky mango lassi, ripe passionfruit, goopy excellent peach gummies, and fertile earth.
