Metropolitan Purpose is our heavily pungent english porter brewed with abundant amount of raw caramel malt, locally gathered gloppy cherrywood smoked malt, refreshing toasted coconut, and mountains of foraged black walnuts. Fermented with our house microflora on deep n sticky cocoa solids, a complex array of comforting citric acid, and oopy-goopy apple jacks. Hopped with mosaic, loads of mandarina bavaria, and lush willamette. Hints of juicy dried fruit, tart supple strawberry, goopy nectary under ripe orange blossom, and fresh grass.
