Aquatic is our raw extra extra excellent dark lager brewed with real gritty cherrywood smoked malt, vibrant drippy pale chocolate malt, and texturally rich bright strawberries. Fermented in our french oak foudre on a bit of precious red raspberry purée, super jammy orange oil, and an abundance of fresh wedding cake. Hopped with incredible cascade and a direct shot to the main vein of palisade. Expressive notes of tart overripe lemon zest, sun drenched nectary really nice peach gummies, goopy desserty hand selected grapefruit gelato, and wet river rocks.
