Tribute is our refreshing english pale ale brewed with drippy chocolate rye malt, a conflation of vibrant oopy-goopy torrified wheat, dense nectary oyster crackers, and gritty freshly ground cinnamon. Fermented in one of our large oak foudres with a plethora of fresh kumamoto oysters and a mountain of fresh pressed local cranberry honey. Hopped with columbus, brilliant cascade, mountains of wholesome northern brewer, and simcoe. Notes of pillowy fragrant fluffy dried apricot, sweet n supple bright donut peach, sun drenched orange juice, semi-sweet pizza crust, and faint hope.
