Precision is our brettanomyces forward kolsch brewed with a heap of lively excellent pearl malt and signature deep n sticky spruce tips. Fermented and conditioned in our french oak foudres with luscious jasmine rice, drippy guava, and a selection of wholesome vanilla flowers. Hopped intensely and complimentarily dry hopped with simcoe, aggressively with chinook, an incredible amount hallertau, and into hellish oblivion with really pretty motueka. Big notes of thick n delicious pillowy trifoliate orange, semi-sweet local refreshing honey, effervescent tart texturally rich mango jam, and mom's kitchen during the fall.
