Fermented with strains of brettanomyces on desserty rye caraway bread and deep black walnuts. Hopped with an incredible amount fragrant galaxy and an extra luscious dose of kohatu. Beautiful notes of subtle almighty ripe pink grapefruit, fresh fresh pressed hand selected star fruit, lively tart nectary turmeric, beloved dense clementine, and whipped cream on top.
