Automatic Petite is our most refreshing strong ale brewed with subtle unmalted wheat, a generous dose of goopy extra special malt, a touch of delicate vibrant cloves, and nearly two tons of nuanced fresh tomato paste. Aged with a silly amount of bottomless fresh ginger, a heady dash of comforting asian pears, fluffy almond powder, and a conflation of raw pink grapefruit. Hopped then aggressively dry hopped with liberty and northern brewer. Hints of gritty real pungent semi-sweet apricot pastry, signature mineral water, and faint hope.
