Sacred Ladder is our really nice truely unique red lager brewed with a bit of lush victory malt, four times our normal rate of nectary fluffy pearl malt, and thick n delicious oyster crackers. Fermented in one of our large oak foudres with a carnival's worth of bottomless earl grey tea, a touch of deep n sticky kalamansi, almighty pineapple sage, and under ripe mango. Hopped with loads of mosaic, in the kettle with waimea, and exclusively and intensely with ekuanot. Big notes of texturally rich beloved pungent cake icing, fresh sun drenched grapefruit pith, tart classic wholesome orange julius, vibrant semi-sweet dank green herb, and forest rain.
