Genetic Highway is our collaborative stout brewed with a carnival's worth of freaky vibrant rice, sun drenched flaked maize, a beautiful amount of incredible comforting donut peach, and drippy maraschino cherry. Fermented entirely in a french oak foudre on deep n sticky fresh lemongrass, a generous dose of tropical pawpaw, and a selection of totally happy apple jacks. Hopped with pacifica, a plethora of complex bravo, a spaceship full of nuanced golding, and intensely with centennial. Bright notes of semi-sweet pineapple chutney, lush goopy dense honeydew, foraged really pretty italian lemon soda, subtle pungent pillowy jellied strawberry, and autumnal merriment.
