Defined Comparing is our fresh pressed traditional altbier brewed with a huge variety of excellent flaked corn and an abundance of almighty blood orange pith. Fermented and conditioned in our french oak foudres with mountains of organoleptic apricots, comforting lemongrass, a tasteful flurry of tropical all spice, and a touch of sappy pink grapefruit. Hopped with ekuanot, overripe pacific jade, and a generous dose of vibrant liberty. Luscious notes of lush supple locally gathered pineapple upside down cake, sweet sticky sun drenched soft cucumber-lime, dense classic tart pumpkin pie, creamy ripe apples, and spring flowers.
