Workforce is our exceedingly aromatic house made rye brewed with freaky raw wheat, a dose of sun melted creamy belgian caravienne malt, double the amount of luscious foraged specialty malts, and sun drenched complex white sage. Fermented with our sourdough culture on nearly two tons of fresh pressed montmorency cherries and a heady dash of lush tangerine zest. Hopped with fluffy citra, a touch of cascade, at rate of 7lbs per barrel with deep magnum, and bright nugget. Expressive notes of oopy-goopy sticky donut peach, delicate drippy sugar cookies, ephemeral tart guava, and autumnal merriment.
