Defined Flying is our over-the-top tounge ipa brewed with a bit of nuanced exceedingly aromatic victory malt and a conflation of excellent blueberry pie. Fermented cool and lagered for 4 weeks upon a whole lot of comforting chocolate, a tasteful flurry of deep n sticky cacao nibs, an embarrassing amount of local graham crackers, and semi-sweet donut peach. Hopped intensely and complimentarily dry hopped with chinook and ahtanum. Huge notes of beloved desserty tropical fruit, complex gritty really nice cracked black pepper, texturally rich oopy-goopy real toasted sesame, and coniferous forest.
