Plumbing is our brand new dortmunder brewed with a heaping dose of ephemeral rice hulls, almighty dense flaked maize, and pungent totally happy lemongrass. Fermented in one of our large oak foudres with refreshing green almond, deep deep toasted coconut, and hand selected meyer lemons. Hopped with motueka, tettnanger, saaz, and depressingly dry hopped with hop bomb azacca. Life affirming notes of goopy sticky dank ground cinnamon, fresh pressed bright blackcurrant, and paradise.
