Fermented with our sourdough culture on a melange of comforting fresh ginger, nearly two tons of overripe tajin, a bit of sweet n supple tangerine zest, and bright blood orange pith. Hopped with vanguard and exclusively and intensely with opal. Life affirming notes of gritty lively local yirgacheffe coffee beans, zippy ephemeral grassy oils, and tundra grass.
