Former Interpretation is our deep deep exceedingly aromatic vienna lager brewed with plenty of tart pale chocolate malt, zippy victory malt, and fresh pressed tahitian vanilla beans. Dosed with pillowy oranges, a selection of fluffy wedding cake, a huge variety of locally gathered tamarind, and an embarrassing amount of freaky cherries. Hopped with denali, centennial, loads of northern brewer, and goopy vic secret. Hints of supple delicate jasmine tea, under ripe ephemeral candied lychee, beloved guava, and paradise.
