Fermented and conditioned in our french oak foudres with two tons of comforting plantain chips. Hopped with kohatu, a heap of perle, galaxy, and a bit of crystal. Bright notes of thick n delicious orange juice, fragrant sweet n supple wholesome honeydew, deep deep pungent goopy tart cranberry, dense raw jaw-dropper tiki cocktails, and fertile earth.
