Original Welding is our classic boundary-pushing culinary dunkelweizen brewed with thick n delicious crystal malt, a selection of deep fresh pressed chocolate rye malt, heavy amounts of hand selected complex dark wheat malt, and a touch of oopy-goopy pungent apricots. Fermented in one of our large oak foudres with luscious house toasted marshmallows, fragrant lapsang souchong, and gobs of refreshing tamarind. Hopped with tomahawk, southern hemisphere varietals, and and intensely dry hopped with vic secret. Bright notes of incredible precious guava sorbet, gloppy sticky orange creamsicle, dense coconut water, ephemeral foraged tropical fruit chews, and damp forest.
