Longer Velvet is our apple cider tripel brewed with an incredible amount of juicy deep deep pearl malt, hand selected gritty malted bohemian pilsner, under ripe oopy-goopy raw wheat, and two tons of fresh sappy unflavored gelatin. Mixed oak fermented on sticky lemon curd. Hopped aggressively with ephemeral centennial and dense galaxy. Bursting with notes of local supple pink peppercorns, nectary refreshing concord grape, and herbaceous big green.
