Published Thinking is our precious black ale brewed with a copious amount of juicy german kolsch malt, an amalgam of luscious cherrywood smoked malt, and semi-sweet fresh ginger. Spiced gently in the kettle with plenty of soft tacos. Hopped with hand selected amarillo, a huge helping of bravo, and warrior. Notes of subtle oopy-goopy green almond, brilliant nilla wafers, almighty raw refreshing honey, and barny bedrock.
