Fermented atop four times our normal rate of lively caramel and a bit of sun melted pineapple sage. Hopped with sorachi ace and intensely refreshingly dry hopped with nectary centennial. Expressive notes of real oopy-goopy guava, smoky citron spritzer, and coral.
