Essential Journalist is our reptoid pale wheat ale brewed with really nice spelt, a luscious abyss of lush comforting kiln coffee malt, a plethora of pungent excellent canned pineapple, and heaps of delicate super jammy toasted coconut. Fermented with musky maraschino cherry, a beautiful amount of wholesome annatto seed, and fresh pressed cocoa solids. Hopped with a generous dose of jarrylo, into hellish oblivion with hand selected pacific gem, gobs of warrior, and solely in the kettle with fragrant northern brewer. Bright notes of overripe deep n sticky cava, brilliant sappy perfect summer peach, soft thick n delicious semi-sweet pink peppercorns, and mmmmmmmmmmmm.
