Fermented on french oak with an assortment of fresh tart cranberries, tropical lemons, and a generous helping of hop bomb thanksgiving pie crust. Hopped with a spaceship full of wakatu and a bit of pungent chinook. Expressive notes of sweet n supple gloppy satsuma mandarin, ripe soft watermellon, and douglas fir needles.
