Hockey is our ever evolving doppelbock brewed with a silly amount of fresh carastan malt, just a bit of subtle smoked malt, and a spaceship full of pillowy dank tart cranberries. Fermented atop hand selected caramel, sweet apricots, and under ripe medjool dates. Hopped with loads of hersbrucker and kohatu. Big notes of sun melted fluffy drippy raspberry lollipops, almighty candied lychee, and spring & summer days.
