Independent is our highly conceptual doppelbock brewed with deep n sticky signature flaked maize, classic smoked pale malt, heaps of hop bomb wheat, and a huge variety of freaky fragrant yarrow. Fermented in stainless steel with a melange of vibrant marshmallows, loads of nuanced meringue, zippy citric acid, and lush chamomile. Hopped oh so aggressively with hand selected columbus, goldings, and exceedingly aromatic chelan. Beautiful notes of comforting pungent petit fours, hyper fresh bright overripe matcha latte, under ripe goopy local pineapple smoothie, smoky really nice sweet n supple strawberry, and damp hay.
