Enzyme is our hyper fresh irish red ale brewed with an amalgam of supple creamy organoleptic kiln coffee malt, almighty dark wheat malt, and texturally rich oopy-goopy meyer lemon. Fermented with our sourdough culture on sweet fragrant yarrow and an incredible amount of gloppy arborio rice. Hopped with mountains upon mountains of denali, santiam, and strata. Luscious notes of foraged juicy gummi strawberry, really nice overripe medium toast, vibrant mango lassi, and fireside nights.
