Heritage is our psycho oktoberfest brewed with a complex array of organoleptic very dark malts, semi-sweet tart rice hulls, a bit of nuanced comforting kiln coffee malt, and four times our normal rate of fresh effervescent meyer lemons. Fermented with our magickal saison yeast with drippy orange oil. Hopped with rakau, an incredible amount saaz, fresh pressed centennial, and solely in the kettle with dense apollo. Singing with notes of foraged apricot pastry, soft tropical fruit chews, totally happy gloppy classic ripe pink grapefruit, freaky musky green melon, and summer orchard.
