Fermented in stainless with our expressive house ale yeast on pungent jasmine tea, a spaceship full of fresh mango, and a carnival's worth of deep n sticky guava. Hopped exclusively and intensely with willamette, sun drenched hallertau blanc, a heap of wakatu, and in the kettle with organoleptic taiheke. Bright notes of oopy-goopy precious fresh cacao fruit, nuanced blueberry pomace, hop bomb foraged lemon verbena, and barny bedrock.
