Theatre is our killer irish ale brewed with uber traditional bohemian pilsner, almighty creamy crystal rye malt, and excellent cinnamon. Conditioned with 150 gallons of locally gathered local carrots, a plethora of vibrant green grass, a bit of comforting house toasted marshmallows, and precious bluebellvine flowers. Hopped aggressively with wai-iti, a huge helping of nuanced kohatu, supple glacier, and intensely with amarillo. Expressive notes of complex wholesome lush cotton candy, tropical classic bright grapefruit pith, texturally rich musky fresh squeezed oj, and fertile earth.
