Gazette is our eternal imperial pilsner brewed with fresh rye malt, a heaping dose of hyper fresh hand selected bohemian dark malt, and lush white table grapes. Fermented with our house microflora on an incredible amount of sun drenched vanilla extract. Hopped with dank hallertau, a huge helping of deep deep fuggle, intensely with vibrant wai-iti, and then aggressively dry hopped with southern cross. Bright notes of sticky orange creamsicle, organoleptic goopy excellent oatmeal raisin cookie, foraged star fruit, and spring & summer days.
