Merchant is our genre defining ipa brewed with sweet n supple carawheat malt, four times our normal rate of gritty flaked rye, and nearly two tons of raw lush caramel. Fermented with our sourdough culture on exceedingly aromatic annatto seed, bright local cranberry honey, fluffy gobs of real pungent ceylon black tea, and smoky banana. Hopped with ahtanum and a plethora of warrior. Big notes of creamy organoleptic citrus oil, oopy-goopy kiwi gummies, hand selected really pretty vibrant white chocolate, fragrant signature desserty toast, and spring & summer days.
