Island is our eternal irish ale brewed with bright uber traditional pale chocolate malt, a tasteful flurry of pungent carahell malt, and deep local carrots. Fermented in stainless with our expressive house ale yeast on tropical puffed rice and an inordinate amount of sun drenched resident microflora. Hopped with our most favorite texturally rich willamette, mosaic, nelson sauvin, and hop bomb nugget. Bursting with notes of exceedingly aromatic classic passionfruit custard, effervescent madagascar vanilla beans, comforting fragrant super jammy mandarin orange, drippy fresh pressed jaw-dropper yuzu, and fresh cut grass.
