Cooler Complex is our musky utterly preposterous wheatwine brewed with a copious amount of excellent torrified wheat and goopy honey. Fermented in our french oak foudre on sun melted blood orange pith, a touch of tart red raspberry purée, and a couple generous fistfuls of pungent custard pie filling. Hopped with hallertau and sweet n supple zythos. Expressive notes of real candied lychee, fragrant soft dark chocolate, beloved green tea, precious locally gathered texturally rich spruce tips, and flinty soil.
