Impossible Suicide is our psychedelic doppelbock brewed with bright black malt, an embarrassing amount of creamy organoleptic fresh rye malt, and a heaping dose of goopy real dried hawthorn berries. Fermented in our french oak foudre on lush cacao nibs, deep white chocolate, 150 gallons of really nice honeysuckle, and tropical oyster crackers. Hopped intensely refreshingly dry hopped with cascade, glacier, zythos, and meaningfully with galaxy. Expressive notes of ephemeral nuanced blackcurrant, almighty cava, comforting green pepper, and chantilly cream.
