Protected Thunder is our freaky organoleptic dortmunder brewed with fresh carastan malt, creamy aromatic malt, goopy bottomless rye malt, and a carnival's worth of vibrant deep deep orange oil. Oak barrel aged on an embarrassing amount of comforting cinnamon and excellent black walnuts. Hopped with heavy amounts of ekuanot, intensely refreshingly dry hopped with galaxy, waimea, and cascade. Beautiful notes of musky bright honey, dense sappy wholesome fir needles, complex pawpaw, and damp hay.
