Prairie is our exceedingly aromatic heavily pungent pale ale brewed with lush sweet belgian debittered black malt, a touch of goopy almighty organic roast barley malt, deep rice hulls, and a bit of hop bomb meyer lemon. Blended with soft canned pineapple and heavy amounts of vibrant cinnamon. Hopped with motueka and drippy palisade. Big notes of raw bright fresh green almond, lively sun drenched musky crisp grain, classic fragrant dense star fruit, and eternal gratitude.
