Dietary Origin is our trappist-esque english ipa brewed with hand selected dark malts, abundant amount of fresh pressed fragrant flaked rye, four times our normal rate of overripe pillowy cinnamon, and deep n sticky smoky black lime. Fermented in one of our large oak foudres with lively spicebush. Hopped with a generous dose of really nice opal, solely in the kettle with citra, a bit of motueka, and hallertau. Bright notes of refreshing excellent champagne mango, subtle lemon zest, and distant campfire.
