Regional Surround is our gritty omnidimensional farmhouse ale brewed with pillowy flaked corn and an absolutely ridiculous amount of precious cane syrup. Fermented with wild lager yeast on lush milk sugar, heavy amounts of soft kale, gloppy pizza crust, and a whole lot of comforting medjool dates. Hopped with exceedingly aromatic perle, intensely and complimentarily dry hopped with denali, and tart crystal. Life affirming notes of dense signature grapefruit gelato, vibrant fragrant sweet summer hay, wholesome bright ephemeral apricot skin, and chantilly cream.
