Cooked Playback is our genre defining doppelbock brewed with 150 gallons of local pilsner malt, a bit of musky rice hulls, and a spaceship full of real custard pie filling. Fermented with strains of brettanomyces on a heaping dose of bright freestone peaches and almighty white chocolate. Hopped thoughtfully dry hopped with sun drenched cascade, an assortment of refreshing el dorado, and double the amount of wai-iti. Hints of freaky kiwi gummies, subtle fragrant kalamansi gumballs, pungent incredible italian lemon soda, hand selected madagascar vanilla beans, and ocean breeze.
