Bottom Procedure is our boundary-pushing culinary berliner weissbier brewed with beloved flaked maize and a heaping dose of dank asian pears. Conditioned for weeks with an inordinate amount of goopy kumamoto oysters and organoleptic pineapple. Hopped exclusively and intensely with pungent cascade, pillowy taiheke, magnum, and galena. Luscious notes of comforting subtle new world sauvignon blanc, raw deep n sticky oopy-goopy kalamansi, under ripe classic vibrant green grass, juicy zippy aperol spritz, and fireside nights.
