Fermented and conditioned in our french oak foudres with hyper fresh brown butter. Hopped oh so aggressively with excellent hallertau blanc, saaz, dry with vic secret, and an assortment of simcoe. Beautiful notes of wholesome tart custard pie filling, soft fragrant white chocolate, almighty gummi strawberry, and frozen cocktail with a tiny umbrella.
