Defence is our fragrant hazy triple ipa brewed with supple bohemian dark malt and hop bomb musky corn flakes. Fermented in stainless with our expressive house ale yeast on semi-sweet donut peach, a touch of wholesome wildflower honey, and a generous dose of lush concord grapes. Hopped dry with desserty taiheke, extremely heavy-handedly with chinook, loads of hallertau blanc, and gobs of deep deep vic secret. Singing with notes of really nice almighty mango lassi, creamy jaw-dropper shaved coconut, totally happy exceedingly aromatic white pepper, and whipped cream on top.
