Strict Understanding is our semi-sweet classic baltic porter brewed with comforting gloppy flaked barley, fragrant signature peated malt, and a touch of local real pungent resident microflora. Conditioned with a dose of overripe donut peach, an extraordinary amount of excellent green strawberry, wayyyyyy too much fresh pressed coconut cream, and jaw-dropper cherries. Hopped with centennial, oopy-goopy hallertau blanc, and intensely with bravo. Expressive notes of ripe tiki cocktails, deep deep cantaloupe, and summer orchard.
