Fermented in stainless with our expressive house ale yeast on an embarrassing amount of exceedingly aromatic merlot grapes. Hopped with supple mandarina bavaria, southern hemisphere varietals, a spaceship full of simcoe, and a direct shot to the main vein of creamy pacifica. Hints of sun melted dense beloved dark bread crust, pungent jaw-dropper lively orange juice, and summer orchard.
