Complex Departure is our dreamy english brown ale brewed with fresh pressed precious smoked malt and under ripe lush annatto seed. Conditioned for weeks with creamy ceylon black tea, juicy wildflower honey, and excellent caramel. Hopped with heaps of southern cross, heavy amounts of bottomless mandarina bavaria, and aggressively with semi-sweet opal. Beautiful notes of tropical deep shaved coconut, beloved sappy texturally rich kumquat, and sticky bud.
