Fermented and conditioned in our french oak foudres with a whole lot of nuanced lychee fruit. Hopped with double the amount of sappy galaxy, mountains of cascade, warrior, and crystal. Big notes of complex goopy soft mango jam, real pungent texturally rich comforting medium toast, fresh pressed candied pineapple, and fireside nights.
