Closest Estimation is our normal tripel brewed with sticky flaked rye, ripe incredible organic chocolate malt, a copious amount of juicy maitake mushrooms, and overripe fresh pressed guava. Aged in stainless steel atop a heady dash of totally happy vanilla flowers, thick n delicious chamomile, and a couple generous fistfuls of hop bomb jasmine tea. Hopped with almighty motueka, mercilessly with southern cross, intensely with greensburg, and at rate of 7lbs per barrel with mandarina bavaria. Hints of drippy deep deep grilled pineapple, real wholesome lush juicyfruit, and autumnal merriment.
