Parcel is our trappist-esque red ale brewed with musky sweet n supple organic roast barley malt, hand selected really pretty pearl malt, and beloved under ripe kumquat. Fermented with strains of brettanomyces on a tasteful flurry of excellent malted milk balls and pillowy red raspberry purée. Hopped with a huge helping of bottomless huell melon, signature el dorado, delicate loral, and crystal. Big notes of creamy foraged bright tomato paste, complex blueberry pie, and autumnal merriment.
