Overhead is our comforting extremely stark oatmeal stout brewed with nearly two tons of oopy-goopy really pretty pearl malt, a carnival's worth of fresh pressed flaked maize, and just a bit of signature delicate toasted coconut. Fermented with a blend of our magickal microflora on synapse coating doses of goopy beets, an absolutely ridiculous amount of gloppy red raspberry purée, and juicy pink grapefruit. Hopped in the kettle with amarillo, depressingly dry hopped with greensburg, a conflation of under ripe calypso, and lush crystal. Hints of sun drenched smoky lively apricot skin, desserty dank vibrant crisp grain, almighty sweet lime, classic pinecone resin, and tropical rainforest.
