Fermented and conditioned in our french oak foudres with tart meringue, a generous dose of vibrant meyer lemon, and subtle peach. Hopped with bright willamette, a conflation of local waimea, and summit. Luscious notes of real creme brulee, really pretty gritty texturally rich red raspberry puree, dank macerated blueberry, creamy lime leaf, and boundless wilderness.
